Hilltop House is group of apartments located just above the OHSU campus on SW 11th and Gibbs Streets. We have on-site clothing care facilities and separate storage units. Private parking is also available.  There are several different floor plans that include a studio, one and two bedroom apartments.







    Here are just some examples of the units we offer:

Furnished Studio Apartment: Unit includes stocked kitchenette with appliances and seating for two. Living area has a love seat and matching chair, coffee table, TV and operable fireplace. Sleeping area includes Queen size bed with bedding and some linens. Small bathroom off main living space.

    One bedroom apartments:    Private balconies bring the outdoors in...the southern walls of these units offer full windows to enjoy the beautiful view.  There is ample room in the kitchen to have a table for two and lots of storage throughout the apartment including built-in cabinets in the bedroom.






Apartments in the top buildings also offer a spectacular view over OHSU towards Mt. Hood (westward)....with private balconies that extend living space to the outdoors.

Two bedroom apartments: Units have been updated and offer new appliances (including sink disposal and dishwasher), flooring and window treatments. Remodeled bathrooms with new vanities and tile surrounds are clean and bright. The living room and deck provide for sweeping views towards the south east. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space.
